This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how SUPERFINANCIALTRADER INC., a Texas corporation, doing business as SuperFinancialTraders.com, Super Financial Trader, and Super Financial Traders (collectively, “Super Financial Trader,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, safeguards, and retains information when you access, browse, register, subscribe to, or otherwise use our websites, software, applications, dashboards, APIs, tools, communications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform” or “Services”).
This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use, and by using the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.
1) SCOPE, PURPOSE, AND DEFINITIONS
1.1 Purpose
We are committed to protecting your privacy while also protecting the integrity, security, and intellectual property of our Platform. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to disclose:

1.2 Definitions

“Signals” includes any market alerts, outputs, indicators, forecasts, reports, analytics results, model outputs, dashboards, and data-driven insights provided through the Platform (whether displayed, emailed, sent via notification, or accessed through APIs).
“Device/Usage Data” includes IP address, device identifiers, browser identifiers, operating system information, access times, pages viewed, clickstream data, session duration, and similar metadata.
“Aggregated/De-Identified Data” means data that has been aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified such that it is not reasonably capable of identifying an individual.
2) IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLATFORM INTEGRITY, SIGNAL PROTECTION, AND ANTI-FRAUD
Although this document is a Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and agree that protection of the Platform requires that we collect, monitor, and process certain technical and usage information to detect and prevent:
Unauthorized Account sharing
Credential compromise
Resale, redistribution, rebroadcast, or repackaging of Signals
Simultaneous multi-location access
VPN/proxy/TOR circumvention
Scraping, automation abuse, and reverse engineering
Theft or misappropriation of intellectual property
You expressly consent to our collection and processing of Device/Usage Data and security telemetry for these purposes, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
3) INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect information in the following ways:
3.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you register, subscribe, contact us, or use our Services, we may collect:
Name (if provided)

Phone number (if provided)
Billing information (processed via third-party payment processors; we typically do not store full card details)

Detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to security threats, unauthorized access, and policy violations
Maintain audit trails, logs, and evidence necessary for compliance, dispute resolution, and legal enforcement
Communicate with you, including service notices, updates, marketing (subject to opt-out rights), and security alerts
Comply with law, regulation, court orders, and lawful requests
5) ACCOUNT SECURITY: NO SHARING OF USERNAME/PASSWORD
5.1 Confidentiality
All login credentials, API keys, access tokens, and authentication credentials are strictly confidential.
You are prohibited from sharing your username and password with any other person or entity.
5.2 Security Monitoring
To protect the Platform and all users, we may monitor:
IP addresses and access logs
Device signatures and session behavior
Concurrent login patterns
Location anomalies and “impossible travel” scenarios
Use of VPN/proxy/TOR or other obfuscation methods
5.3 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.
6) MULTI-LOCATION ACCESS RESTRICTIONS AND ENFORCEMENT
6.1 Single-Access Integrity Policy
To protect Signals and prevent unauthorized redistribution, Accounts are intended for single-user access and are restricted from being used across multiple locations concurrently.
We may enforce technical controls that restrict:
Simultaneous logins from multiple locations
Access from multiple geographic areas within a certain time window
Access patterns inconsistent with ordinary single-user behavior
The “certain range” and acceptable access patterns are determined solely by SUPERFINANCIALTRADER INC. using security heuristics, IP intelligence, device telemetry, and fraud detection methods.
6.2 Circumvention Prohibited
You may not use VPNs, proxies, TOR, location spoofing, device emulation, or any method designed to circumvent these protections.
7) SIGNAL PROTECTION: NO RESALE, REDISTRIBUTION, OR REBROADCAST
7.1 Prohibited Signal Activities
Signals and Platform outputs are proprietary and protected. You agree you will not, directly or indirectly:
Resell, license, sublicense, distribute, publish, broadcast, rebroadcast, or transfer Signals to any third party
Share screenshots, exports, reports, alerts, or model outputs for commercial use
Create a competing service using our Signals or derived insights
Repackage Signals into courses, communities, paid groups, newsletters, Discord/Telegram/WhatsApp groups, or “copy trading” services
Use automation, scraping, or data extraction to replicate Platform outputs
7.2 Data Leakage Prevention
We may employ watermarking, logging, telemetry, and technical measures to identify unusual sharing patterns and to protect our intellectual property.
8) LIQUIDATED DAMAGES FOR CERTAIN VIOLATIONS
You acknowledge and agree that unauthorized credential sharing, multi-location simultaneous access, or resale/redistribution of Signals causes severe harm, including loss of revenue, dilution of intellectual property, unfair competition, and security risks that are difficult to quantify.
Accordingly, to the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to liquidated damages as follows:
First violation: $375,000 USD
Additional violations may result in further liquidated damages and/or other legal remedies
You agree that this amount represents a reasonable estimate of damages and is not a penalty. These remedies are in addition to any other rights we may have, including termination, injunctive relief, attorneys’ fees, and collection costs, subject to applicable law and the Terms of Use.
9) HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not sell your Personal Information as “sale” is traditionally defined. We may disclose information in the following limited scenarios:
9.1 Service Providers and Vendors
We may share information with trusted service providers who assist with:
Hosting and cloud infrastructure
Payment processing and billing
Customer support tools
Analytics and performance monitoring
Fraud prevention and security monitoring
Email delivery and communications
Such providers are contractually required to protect information and use it only for permitted purposes.
9.2 Affiliates and Business Transfers

10) INTERNATIONAL USERS
If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, including Texas, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
11) DATA SECURITY (NO SYSTEM IS PERFECT)
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including:
Encryption in transit (e.g., TLS/SSL) where appropriate
Access controls and credential protections
Monitoring for suspicious activity
Periodic review of security practices
However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee absolute security and disclaim liability to the extent permitted by law for unauthorized access not caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
12) DATA RETENTION
We retain Personal Information only as long as reasonably necessary to:
Provide Services
Maintain security, audit logs, and compliance records
Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
We may retain certain logs and security records beyond account closure where necessary to protect the Platform, enforce Terms, and comply with law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

The Platform may include links to third-party websites or tools. We do not control third-party policies or practices, and we are not responsible for third-party content, security, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
15) CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Platform is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If we become aware we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
16) CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may revise this Privacy Policy at any time in our sole discretion. Changes become effective upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
